ALMOST 50 young children from a in Donegal were visited by Gardaí over the weekend – for the delivery of special colouring books!
Gardaí in the Milford district prepared around 50 colouring books which were distributed to junior and senior infant classes from a school in the area.
The books were each accompanied by a letter to parents offering assistance from An Garda Síochána.
Gardaí said: “The distribution was done in accordance with the current government advice relating to social distancing.
“It is hoped that these colouring books will keep the children entertained in days to come while we all work together to overcome the coronavirus pandemic.
“We would love to see the finished artwork.”
