Will you take the ‘Jolene Challenge’ with Jason Quigley?

DONEGAL professional boxer Jason Quigley wants everyone to join him in the ‘Jolene Challenge’ at 7pm this evening.

Quigley is teaming up with Navan-based personal trainer Dan Glynn for a live workout, followed by a Q&A, on his Instagram page this evening.

And Quigley is inviting as many people as possible to join in for the ‘Jolene Challenge’. This is where Dolly Parton’s song ‘Jolene’ plays and participants do a push-up every time Dolly sings the word ‘Jolene’.

“It’s going to be a bit of craic,” says Quigley.

“Everyone can join in. You can take it at your own pace. It doesn’t matter about age or fitness. It’ll be a pretty quick physical hit and you’ll have a bit of fun. It’s just to keep a smile on everyone’s faces during these weird times.”

Quigley and training colleague Paddy Donovan were recently put through the ‘Jolene Challenge’ by coach Andy Lee.

Brilliant training from Andy lee 😂

Bet Jason and paddy wont want to hear jolene for awhile @jay_quigley @AndyLeeBoxing
