Donegal County Council is prepared to dispatch gritters on selected routes tonight as temperatures drop to below freezing.
Despite the warm sunny conditions today, the weather will take a sharp turn tonight.
Met Eireann is forecasting a cold, calm and clear night with some frost. Lowest temperatures of -2 to +2 degrees.
The following routes will be gritted from 9pm:
- 01: National Primary North
- 02: National Primary Central
- 04: Inishowen South
- 05: Inishowen East
- 06: Inishowen West
- 07: Milford South
- 08: Milford North
- 09: Cill Ulta East
- 13: Stranorlar North
- 14: Stranorlar East
- LT: Letterkenny Town
- BT: Buncrana Town Council
