Donegal cartoonist Jarla doesn’t like to twiddle his thumbs.
The Letterkenny man is well-known in schools and clubs across the county due to his amazing murals and cartoon characters.
Now he is doing his bit to help children (and the not so young!) to pass the time.
He has set up his own YouTube channel to help children to learn how to draw.
The step-by-step video tutorials can help children to spend hours and hours learning how to draw.
Jarla said “Everyone can draw. There’s no magic secret. You can just learn loads of little tricks and you can have hours of fun.
“You just have to follow the instructions and simple steps and you can come up with amazing pictures which you can then colour in.”
Jarla is constantly updating his YouTube channel with new ideas and characters which children can copy and draw themselves.
