KILLYBEGS was alive to the blasts of ship horns in a show of support to frontline workers.

At 8pm each Thursday for the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic, people are encouraged to come to their front doors and applaud for a moment.

Emergency services have shown their own solidarity with sirens spending and blue lights flashing at stations across the country.

In Killybegs, it was the turn of fishing fleet at the harbour.
