written by Staff Writer April 27, 2020

Gardai are on the lookout for a white van and its occupants who have been acting suspiciously in the Lifford and Castlfin areas in recent days.

The van is understood to have a Cork registration plate and could be a Nissan Primaster.

There have been a number of sighting of the vans in and around properties along the border.

Local community text alerts have been issued.

The occupants may have a legitimate reason for calling to homes.

However, Gardai would like to speak to the owner to clarify this.
