There has been no increase in the number of Covid-19 cases in Donegal again, according to today’s HSE update.
The total number of cases in the county since the outbreak began remains at 477. This number is valid to midnight 30th May.
The number of coronavirus cases in Donegal first rose to 477 on 17th May. The figure has risen and fallen slightly in the past two weeks as the Health Protection Surveillance Centre validates data and reviews addresses, which results in cases being reassigned to another county.
One further Covid-19 related death was confirmed in the Republic today.
Health officials also reported that another 77 cases of the virus have been confirmed nationwide.
A total of 1,650 people have died and 25,062 Covid-19 cases have been confirmed in Ireland since the outbreak began.
