Seven more people have died with Covid-19 in the Republic of Ireland, health officials have confirmed.
This brings the overall death toll to 1,671.
Twenty-eight more cases of coronavirus have also been diagnosed, bringing the number of confirmed cases since the outbreak began to 25,170.
The new figures come as Taoiseach Leo Varadkar announced a fast-tracked plan to ease coronavirus lockdown restrictions as the country moves to ‘Phase 2’ on Monday.
