One more Covid-19 death, 25 new cases, Department of Health says

ONE more patient, who had contracted Covid-19, has died, the Department of Health has confirmed. 

The one additional death brings Ireland’s death toll to 1,679.

There have been a further 25 positive cases of the coronavirus detected.

Since the outbreak, there have been 25,201 cases.

The HSE is working to identify any contacts the patients may have had to provide them with information and advice to prevent further spread.
