Two water outages have been reported in areas around Letterkenny and Castlefinn this Tuesday morning.

A planned power outage may cause supply disruptions across a wide area outside Letterkenny including Lisnenan, Woodlands, Meadow Hill, Drumnaskea, Castlegrove, Ballymaleel, Moorefield, Castleshanaghan, Ardrumman and Kilmacrennan.

Works are scheduled to take place from 8:30am until 2:30pm on 9 June.

Meanwhile Irish Water crews are dealing with an unplanned outage in Castlefinn since 8.40am. Staff are working on the issue, while it is not yet known what time supplies will be restored.
