Two day road closure planned at Narin/Portnoo

Donegal County Council has announced plans to close a section of the R261 Narin/Portnoo road tomorrow (Friday) and on Monday 15th June.

The road between the Maas junction and Clooney will be closed from 8:00am tomorrow Friday 12th June until 6.00pm and again from 8.00a.m. to 6.00p.m. on Monday 15th June due to essential roadworks.

The road will re-open over the weekend.

Diversions via the N56 through Glenties and Ardara and back onto the R261 through Kilclooney into Narin/Portnoo.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time for journeys.
