THE latest report from the Department of Health once again shows that there have been no new Covid-19 cases recorded in Donegal.

The number remains at 464 in toady’s bulletin.

In the last 34 days, there has been just one case added to Donegal’s total since the outbreak.

The 464 figure represents the total number of cases diagnosed in Donegal since the outbreak began in March and the figure is valid to 23nd June. It does not represent the number of people currently ill with the virus.

The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has today been informed that a total of 6 people with Covid-19 have died meaning there have now been 1,726 Covid-19 related deaths in Ireland.

Another five positive cases brings to 25,396 the number of infections.
