DONEGAL’S total number of Covid-19 cases shows no increase again today.

In the last 35 days, there has been just one case added to Donegal’s total since the outbreak.

There have been a total of 464 cases in the county.

The 464 figure represents the total number of cases diagnosed in Donegal since the outbreak began in March and the figure is valid to 23nd June. It does not represent the number of people currently ill with the virus.

The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has today been informed of one more Covid-19 related death and a further 11 new positive cases.

There have now been a total of 1,727 deaths and 25,405 cases.

The HSE is working to identify any contacts the patients may have had to provide them with information and advice to prevent further spread.
