A STATUS yellow thunder warning is in place for Donegal this morning.
Met Éireann has issued the warning, which is in place for Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo and Northern Ireland.
Due to the localised nature of thunderstorms, many areas will remain dry.
The warning was issued at 8am and is in place until 10am.
