AN OUTDOOR bingo event, organised by the Garda Community Policing Unit in Letterkenny, will take place next month.

The bingo takes place from 2pm on Sunday, July 12 in the overflow car park behind the Letterkenny Retail Park.

On arrival, patrons will be directed to a car parking space and will remain in their car for the duration of the bingo.

Bingo books are on sale for €5 and are limited to one book per person.

This is a not-for-profit event and all money taken in will be given out in prizes.

Bookings are being accepted from 2-3pm every day by calling 074-9167126. Bookings can also be made by emailing letterkenny.community@garda.ie

The event had previously been planned a number of weeks ago, but did not take place. Anyone who had booked previously will be contacted by organisers.

The event will be held in keeping with Covid-19 restrictions.
