PLANNING permission has been sought for the construction of 35 residential units in Moville.

A planning application was lodged in late June by Newtownstewart Construction Limited for the proposed development.

The development would be located on a 1.9 hectare site at Glencrow, Moville.

The application seeks permission for the erection of six ground floor two-bed apartments, six first-floor two-bed apartments, six two-bed semi-detached bungalows, 15 two-storey three-bed houses and two two-storey four-bed houses.

The application also provided for an onsite sewage pre-treatment plant, connection to the public sewer and all associated site works.
