Job Vacancy: An Electrical Contractors Company in the Letterkenny Area is currently recruiting for an accounts staff member to join their team.
Our client is a progressive expanding construction company with over 20 employees.
Duties to include:
- Office administration
- Posting accounts on Sage
- Preparation and filing of VAT Returns
- Operation of the Payroll system & Filing of PAYE Returns
- Project Management
- RCT returns
- Debtors / Creditors ledgers
- Bank reconciliation accounts
- Assist with tenders process and e-tenders
A good knowledge of Sage, BrightPay Payroll Software would be a distinct advantage.
