Watch: A safe big-screen experience at Eclipse Cinemas Lifford Strabane

Movie fans have been flocking back to Eclipse Cinemas Lifford Strabane this month to enjoy all the things they missed – big movies, great entertainment, luxury comfort, and, above all, fresh popcorn!

The local cinema team have been hard at work behind the scenes making the cinema safe for guests under Covid-19 guidelines.

Online booking for tickets and snacks, socially distanced assigned seating, hand sanitising stations and an extensive cleaning regime are just some of the many measures in place for customers to visit safely. The team are proud of their efforts in delivering an experience that is both safe and an enjoyable day or night out for friends and families.

A new cleaning regime is in place to protect staff and customers. All contact surfaces are regularly cleaned by staff and hand sanisiter is available throughout the building. Eclipse Cinemas have employed an outside contractor to disinfect the entire building on a regular basis.

Where will I be sitting? 

Eclipse Cinemas Lifford Strabane have a new booking algorithm in place to keep you and your bubble separate from other groups.

Check out the example above: Red is groups of people who booked tickets together, gold is an automatic 2 metre gap to the next set of people. The maximum capacity in any screen is 50.

Pre Booking is advised on all showings, particularly the Directors Lounge.
