KILMACRENNAN Celtic were the big winners tonight without playing as Kildrum Tigers and Castlefin Celtic played out a one-all draw in the Donegal League Premier Division.

The east Donegal derby rivals drew 1-1 at Station Road Park.

Castlefin are now two points behind leaders Kilmac, with a game more played. Kildrum are playing catch-up on games but with two games in hand on the pace-setters, Shane McGinty’s side have nine points to make up.

Aaron O’Hagan fired champions Castlefin in front.

However, Tigers hit man Kevin McHugh drew his side back on level terms. The former Finn Harps striker netted from a penalty.

In the other Premier Division game, Donegal Town defeated Bonagee 3-1 at Goose Green.
