Our client, a long established business based in Inishowen, Co. Donegal, has the following vacancy:
Workshop Foreman
Our client is seeking an experienced workshop foreman to supervise and co-ordinate all activities in the workshop.
Responsibilities include running general day to day activities in a workshop environment, dealing with customer queries and reporting to management on production and staff performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing and supervising teams in a workshop environment. They will have an excellent mechanical aptitude, be highly organised with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and adjust to changes in schedules or breakdowns as they occur. They will ideally have experience in the recruitment, training and performance appraisal of staff.
