LETTERKENNY teenager Dylan Browne-McMonagle enjoyed a 14/1 winner at Leopardstown yesterday.

Browne-McMonagle took Joseph O’Brien’s Tonkinese to victory in the Holden Plant Rentals Handicap.

Browne-McMonagle and Tonkinese held off 3/1 favourite Shanroe to win by three-quarters of a length.

Under pressure, the up-and-coming Donegal jockey showed well to hit the front and stayed on impressively for his sixth win of the year.

His win followed up Conor Orr’s win aboard the 3/1 favourite Woodbrook Boy at Wexford on Wednesday.
