Gardaí in Donegal are set to monitor parking areas at beaches around Donegal to prevent obstructions.
A public appeal has been made to beachgoers to ensure they park safely and do not obstruct other traffic.
Gardaí say they will take “appropriate action” if areas are not clear.
The call comes in light of traffic and parking issues at a number of popular beach areas in Donegal. Local residents and business owners have raised concerns about recent issues at Murder Hole Beach in Downings and at Marble Hill near Dunfanaghy.
