A man has been charged to appear in court after being caught driving while disqualified and breaking a number of roads offences in Letterkenny.
The detection was made on Sunday night by the Roads Policing Unit.
Gardaí used the Active Mobility Service (AMS) to carry out a roadside check on the driver.
They also found that the car was not taxed or insured.
The car was subsequently seized and the driver has been ordered to appear before the courts at a future date.
