Two arrested following violent burglaries

Gardaí have arrested two people in connection with recent aggravated burglaries in Donegal.

Two suspects were detected following two separate incidents in Buncrana and Falcarragh last week.

Gardaí have confirmed that people were assaulted in both of the aggravated burglaries.

Suspects were subsequently arrested and admissions were made during interviews with gardaí.

The persons will each appear in court at a later date.
