Gardaí are investigating the theft of expensive body kit from a car parked in Letterkenny last weekend.

The theft occurred last Friday night in the Justice Walsh Road car park off Main Street.

Side skirts were taken from a 151 white coloured Audi A5 which had been parked overnight.

Some paintwork damage was also caused to the car in the removal of the kit.

Gardaí are appealing to the public to report any suspicious activity in the area on the night of 7th-8th August. Or if anyone has been offered the sale of second-hand parts of this type, they are asked to get in touch with Letterkenny Garda Station on  (074) 916 7100.
