CARL McHugh has signed a new one-year contract at Indian Super League club ATK Mohun Bagan.

The Lettermacaward man made the move to the Kolkata-based outfit from Motherwell for the 2019-20 season,

McHugh made six appearances as ATK Mohun Bagan won the ISL.

Now, the 27-year-old has signed a new deal and wants to make up for an injury-troubled first campaign. McHuh has scored against Kerela Blasters in his ISL debut.

He said: “I am thrilled to be signing again for the club. It was hard to watch from the sidelines last season.

“I can’t wait to be back on the pitch and contribute to the defence of our title and the AFC Cup quest.”
