Eighty-five new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Northern Ireland today – bringing the total over 7,000.
The NI Department of Health reports no further deaths in the past 24 hours.
There are 17 people with Covid-19 in hospitals in the region, with two patients in intensive care.
However, the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency reports that Covid-19 was mentioned on the death certificates of six people last week. There have now been 871 Covid-19 related deaths in Northern Ireland, according to Nisra.
