Two venues subject to confirmation as Donegal SFC, IFC fixtures announced

THE Donegal Competitions Controls Committee have confirmed the day and times for next week’s senior and intermediate championship quarter-finals and relegation play-offs.

With the Donegal County Board intending to stream all 12 of these matches, the venues for two of the games remains subject to confirmation.

“A final decision on these two venues will be made by noon on Monday,” the County Board said.

Officials have not specified which two fixtures these are.

There are two senior quarter-finals on Saturday and another two on Sudnay.

The weekend will begin on Friday night when they two SFC relegation play-off semi-finals are held at the Donegal GAA Centre in Convoy.

Friday 4th September 

Relegation playoffs 1 and 2 

Donegal GAA Centre — Termon v Milford 7pm

Donegal GAA Centre – Ardara v Dungloe 8.30 pm

 

Saturday 5th September

Intermediate Quarterfinal 1 

Ft Tierney Park – Aodh Ruadh Ballyshannon V Naomh Muire 12.00pm

 

Relegation playoff 3 

The Scarvey: Burt v Naomh Colmcille 1.00

 

Senior Quarter final 1 and 2 

Davy Brennan Memorial Park – Naomh Conaill v Glenfin 3.30 pm

Towney – Kilcar v Naomh Micheal 6.30 pm

 

Intermediate Quarterfinal 2

PPC Falcarragh – Cloughaneely v Red Hughs 6.30

 

Sunday 6th September

Relegation playoff 4 

Tir Conaill Park – Naomh Ultan v Naomh Brid 2.30

Intermediate Quarterfinals 3 and 4

The Scarvey – Buncrana v Fanad 3.30pm

Páirc na nGael – Naomh Columba v Malin 5pm

 

Senior Quarterfinal 

Machaire Gathlán – Gaoth Dobhair v Sean MacCumhaills 3pm

O’Donnell Park – St Eunans v Realt na Mara 6.30 pm

Draw for Semi-finals after the St Eunans game at approximately 8pm on Sunday evening.
