DALE Gorman says he’s on the silverware trail after signing for Glentoran.

The Letterkenny man has signed for the Glens following a spell in England that included stints at Stevenage, Leyton Orient and most recently a loan spell at Newport County.

The Northern Ireland U21 international joins fellow Donegal man Keith Cowan at The Oval.

“Coming back here, I wanted to stay in full-time football,” Gorman said.

“Glentoran provide that and I’m looking forward to getting started.

“Seeing Glentoran and what they’re about, they’re one of the biggest clubs in Ireland. They have a great fan base. I’m coming back here to be successful and to win trophies. The standard here is improving year-on-year and it’s a great place to be to play football.”
