A FILE is being prepared for the DPP on a second youth charged in connection with a spate of burglaries and criminal damage incidents in Letterkenny last week.
Between September 1 and September 3, several business premises were targeted.
Two youths were arrested and detained in relation to the incidents.
One youth appeared before Letterkenny District Court charged with three counts of theft. He was remanded in custody to appear via video link at this Thursday’s sitting of Buncrana District Court.
Gardaí have said that a file is being prepared in relation to the second youth.
