Sixty-four schools in Northern Ireland have reported positive Covid-19 cases among staff and pupils in the first two weeks of the school term.
The Department of Health in Northern Ireland reports that there have been 88 positive cases of the virus in 64 separate schools so far.
A number of schools in Northern Ireland closed shortly after reopening, while others have sent class groups home to self-isolate for 14 days.
Forty-nine more people have been diagnosed with Covid-19 in Northern Ireland in the last 24 hours. No further Covid-19 related deaths have been reported.
