Job Vacancies: Lough Eske Castle, one of Ireland’s top ten hotels, is looking to recruit individuals who are passionate about delivering high service standards into our Food & Beverage Team.
Breakfast and dinner shift work available to work across our busy outlets. Being a Food & Beverage Server, you will take food & beverage orders from our guests, serve food dishes, retrieve and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to guest tables. Breakfast shifts are from 8am – 2pm, evening shifts are from 3pm – 11pm.
Minimum requirements are as follows:
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages and work past 10pm
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
- Ability to be well organized, and provide service to multiple guests within any given period of time, ability to focus on details
- Comply with health & safety guidelines
