JOHNNY GETHINS was tearful as he stood forward to lift the Donegal IFC trophy at O’Donnell Park yesterday.

Joined by Nathan Boyle, Gethins paid tribute to his Aodh Ruadh team, whilst not forgetting the beaten finalists Cloughaneely, who the Ballyshannon club have both enjoyed and endured their recent history against.
