Job Vacancy: FitPink, a Donegal Town based athleisure brand is now recruiting for a Customer Service Executive (Maternity Leave Cover).
We are seeking a motivated, bright candidate to join our team. We currently deliver exceptional customer service to our customers in Ireland and abroad; we will hire an individual who can maintain and build on this standard. You will work with a small team of experienced professionals, and receive on the job mentoring and training.
This is a full time role based in Donegal Town. Remote working is not a possibility for this role at this time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responding in a timely manner to all customer queries through email, online chat, social media channels and phone.
- Processing and packing customer orders
- Ensuring packaging stocks are maintained
- Supporting Marketing dept when required.
- Other duties are required.
