LETTERKENNY Gardaí have launched an investigation into a burglary at a restaurant in the early hours of Monday morning.
The alarm of a premises at Lower Main Street, Letterkenny was activated between 1.30 and 1.40am on Monday, September 28.
Intruders gained entry by smashing glass on a side door.
Substantial damage was caused to the property, including damage to glass wear that was on tables.
A sum of money was taken from the cash register in the incident.
