Gardai in Inishowen are investigating an attack on staff at a Chinese Takeaway in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The attack took place at a takeaway on the Main Street in Clonmany at approximately 12.10am.

Two men entered the takeaway, did not order food but began to abuse staff.

The men were asked to leave and the staff tried to close the premises.

However, the men lashed out and damaged a partition and injured a staff member in the process.

One of the men is described as stocky with a spiked fringe haircut and was wearing a navy jacket.

The other man was wearing a green Jack and Jones hoodie with dark jeans.

Any information on this attack can be given to Gardai in Buncrana or any Garda station.
