Jury Trials at Letterkenny Circuit Court due to commence this week will now not go ahead.
Level 5 restrictions in line with the Government’s Living With Covid Plan means trials will not commence as had been scheduled on Tuesday, November 3rd.
All Jurors summonsed to attend for Jury in Letterkenny on Tuesday, November 3rd 2020 and are not required to attend.
No civil cases will proceed at either the local district or circuit courts.
Urgency will be given instead to criminal and family laws cases.
