There are now 14 cases of people being treated for Covid-19 at Letterkenny University Hospital today.

However, the welcome news is that the rate of Covid in the county is doing down.

The 14 day incidence rate for Donegal now stands at 305.9 people per 100,000 people.

Overall there are 315 people being treated for Covid in Irish hospitals.

That is an increase of nine people compared to yesterday.

Overall the signs are positive since the country moved to Level 5 restrictions almost two weeks ago.

Chief Medical Officer Dr Tony Holohan said the signs are positive and that we could emerge from Level 5 restrictions on December 1st next.
