THERE are now 25 patients in Letterkenny University Hospital undergoing treatment for Covid-19.
The latest figures released by the HSE show that LUH now has the fourth highest number of Covid-19 patients in the country.
Tallaght (36), Naas (32) and UHL (29) have more Covid-19 patients on site.
There are also 11 suspect Covid-19 cases at LUH.
The figures were recorded at 8pm on Saturday evening.
The updated HSE figures show that there are now no critical care beds available at LUH, with eight general beds vacant at the facility.
None of LUH’s Covid-19 patients are currently receiving treatment in the intensive care unit.
