Letterkenny University Hospital has this week again recorded the highest number of patients with Covid-19 in Ireland.
Forty-one people have been hospitalised with the virus at LUH.
There were seven new admissions to the hospital prior to 8pm Monday.
Two Covid-19 patients are in ICU, while another patient with a suspected case of Covid-19 is also in critical care.
There are a further five suspected cases at the hospital, where a double-test approach is being taken during the pandemic.
NPHET yesterday reported 13 new case of Covid-19 in Co. Donegal. The 14-day incidence rate is now 227.4 per 100,000 – twice the national average of 108.7.
