Job Title: Administration and Accounts Assistant
Location: Glenties, County Donegal
Reporting To: Managing Director
The Role:
Brannigan Associates Chartered Building Surveyors, based in Glenties, County Donegal, require a part-time (2 days per week) Administration and Accounts Assistant to assist with the general running of the office and accounting tasks. Hours can be entirely flexible and part remote working arranged.
The Preferred Candidate Will Have Experience of the Following:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel).
- Excellent personal skills and telephone manner.
- Flexible working attitude.
- General IT knowledge.
- Invoicing.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Payroll for a small team (preferably knowledge of Sage One).
- VAT and P30 monitoring and filing of returns using ROS.
