Chiropractor gives back with popular Christmas toy appeal

Letterkenny Chiropractor Anthony Lavin of Freedom Spinal Health is back with his annual Christmas toy appeal.

Each year, Dr Lavin accepts toys for instead of payment for his services to help local children in need.

The event has collected a huge number of toys for worthwhile organisations in recent years. This year is no different, and all donations will be given to Donegal Domestic Violence Services, helping women and children who have fled their homes over the festive period.

The 2020 toy appeal will take place on Friday 18th December, with collection points at the Letterkenny practice at Glenview Retail Park Mountain Top and O’Flaherty’s Gym Buncrana.

In the season of good will, the Freedom Spinal Health is calling on new and existing clients to book appointments as normal but instead of paying for their session to simply donate a new toy with a similar value to the treatment.

Anthony Lavin, Chiropractor and Practice Owner, said: “As the community supports me all year round by choosing us to be their chiropractor I feel it’s great to be in a position to give something back.”
