Gardaí are searching for two men following a burglary at a Letterkenny cafe.
A cafe in Forte Lynn Retail Park was broken into at 3.05am yesterday morning, Monday 4th January.
CCTV footage from the business revealed a youth entering the premises after kicking in the glass of the front door.
A second male was observed waiting outside the premises. The males left with the drawer of the cash register which contained a small amount of cash.
Gardaí have released a description of the suspects – the male who entered the cafe was wearing dark bottoms, a grey jacket, black Nike Air Max trainers and a black mask. The second person was dressed in all black clothing.
Gardai are asking anyone who may have been in the area around the time of the burglary, who observed any activity, or anyone who has dash cam footage from the area to contact Letterkenny Garda Station on 0749167100.
