McDonald’s in Letterkenny has announced the temporary closure of its takeaway under current restrictions.
The popular fast-food restaurant will operate as a Drive-thru only from 8am to 10pm daily.
Walk-in takeaway services closed last night.
A message from management on Facebook said: “To keep everyone safe things will be a little different for a while, we appreciate your patience and understanding as our team adapt to the new changes, stay safe.”
McDonald’s Ireland said restaurants will stay closed “while we review and verify any additional enhanced safety measures for these services”.
The franchise also warned customers that with smaller teams and social distancing in place “it may take longer to serve you”.
