Breaking news: Body recovered from River Foyle near St Johnston

A BODY was recovered from the River Foyle near St Johnston this afternoon.

The remains of a woman’s body were discovered in the water at Carrickmore.

The Rescue 118 helicopter was on the scene.

The community rescue service and other emergency personnel also attended.
