A Milford man has pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for the purpose of sale or supply.
Nicholas McFadden was caught by Gardai with cannabis at Dromore, Letterkenny on August 20th, 2019.
McFadden, of Windy Ridge, spoke only to confirm his guilty plea.
Barrister Fiona Crawford told Letterkenny Circuit Court that her client is attending counselling at present.
The case was adjourned for sentencing by Judge John Aylmer to the next sitting of the circuit court in April.
