A Letterkenny man has appeared in court where he admitted possession of drugs and having drugs for sale or supply.
Shaun Strain, aged 23 from Ros Suilighe, Oldtown, Letterkenny appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Court.
He was arraigned under two charges relating to May 31st, 2019 at Ros Suilighe, Letterkenny.
He was charged with having a controlled drug, namely cocaine in his possession to which he pleaded guilty.
On the same date Strain also pleaded guilty to having a controlled drug, namely cannabis, for sale or supply.
His barrister Ciaran Elders asked for the matters to be adjourned saying Strain had already engaged with the Probation Services and the report could be beneficial to the court.
Strain was remanded on continuing bail until the next sitting of the court in April.
