Man pleads guilty having cannabis and cocaine in Ballybofey

A man has appeared in court charged with the sale and supply of drugs in Ballybofey.

Gerard Heapes, with an address at Donegal Road, Ballybofey pleaded guilty to two charges when he appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Court.

Heapes was charged that on June 25th, 2019 at Cappry, Ballybofey he had drugs, namely cannabis herb, in his possession for sale or supply.

On the same date and at the same location he was charged with having cocaine in his possession.

Heapes pleaded guilty to both charges.

Judge John Aylmer adjourned the cases until the next sitting of the circuit court sessions in April for sentence.
