PAUL Shields has been appointed as the new Urris manager for 2021.

Shields was part of the backroom team of manager David Hession in 2020.

Now, the former Ballyboden St Enda’s clubman has taken on the hot seat at Crampsey Park.

Shields has Hession on board again alongside Adrian Doherty and Micheal Doherty (Scotchie).

Urris have thanked John Gibbons, who has left the set-up at Straid.
