Donegal is set to be hit with snow, ice and wind tonight, as another weather warning is issued by Met Eireann.
A Status Yellow Wind Warning will be in place from 9pm tonight until 9am Saturday due to strong winds.
Forecasters are warning of strong southeasterly winds tonight, with mean speeds of 50 to 60 km/h and gusts to 90 km/h.
“Where winds are onshore there is a risk of coastal flooding,” said Met Eireann.
A Snow/Ice warning will then kick in on Saturday from 2am (Saturday morning) until 12noon.
There is a risk of snow accumulations up to 5 cm possible and more on higher ground.
